yoga for underserved populations

Yoga Support for
your Program's specific needs...

Yoga is all about collaboration and compassion.  Our teachers work directly with in-place programs to provide instruction for your group's specific needs.  We come to you, or you can come to us at our lovely shared indoor/outdoor community space!

Just some of the organizations we have worked with are Adult Day Care Facilities, Pre-K through High School, Not-for-Profit Organizations, and local jails.  We are always expanding and welcoming any group who can benefit from yoga.

We provide meaningful instruction designed to fulfill the needs of specific populations.  We have taught yoga designed for drug addiction, survivors of cancer, Alzheimer's, dementia, children with special needs, and individuals with varying physical abilities.

For organizations interested in offering a yoga program, please tell us about your group's needs and interests on the following brief form.

We currently service: YWCA White Plains, YWCA Yonkers, My Second Home, Family Services of Westchester.

We will create a custom program Outline for your group
