How can Reiki help me?
Reiki is a Japanese healing modality for stress reduction and
relaxation that promotes mindfulness and resilience.
Treatments stimulate the body's self-healing response through the light touch of the practitioner’s hands. In addition to improving overall health and well-being, people turn to Reiki when coping with life’s stresses as well as for support during health and emotional challenges and medical treatments.
All clinic practitioners are trained and certified and lead by Andrea Deierlein with Thrive Reiki. Reiki is not a cure for medical disease or a substitute for medical care.
How Can Meditation help me?
Practicing meditation cultivates focus, acceptance and wellbeing. Meditation teaches us to relax into the present moment, cope with stress, and release tension.
Our mediation workshop facilitators will guide you in meditation
through methods for visualization, and awareness of
body, breath and emotion.
***Reiki Clinic is a contribution based program.
